Volunteering at a New Jersey Partyworks event is fun and easy for everyone! New
Jersey Partyworks designs and implements over 600 events per year. School
carnivals, project graduations and post proms, company employee relations
events, township carnivals and fun days are just a few examples of the events
we host. New Jersey Partyworks is based out of South Amboy, New Jersey, however
our fun travels nation wide. Event coordinators from New Jersey Partyworks
contact groups (civic organizations, religious organizations, schools, etc...)
That are interested in fundraising activities. These groups help set up, run
and take down the event.
On the day of the event, our team leaders meet with the the volunteer group
about 2 hours before the event to arrange assignments and give detailed
instructions. Assignments may include running game booths, running fun food
machines, supervising activities and running sports tournaments and games. The
average event runs about 4 to 6 hours long.
After the event the group helps break down the equipment and reload the truck. A
typical break down runs about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
The donation amount is based on the size of the event and runs the average of
$50.00 per volunteer.
